Delivery Policy
1. Delivery methods and areas
We arrange insured and discreet delivery of physical gold within the United Kingdom. Delivery is made using reputable, insured courier or secure delivery services. We will confirm the delivery method for your order before dispatch.
2. Dispatch confirmation
We confirm with you before anything is dispatched. You will know the product, the current price, and how it will be sent before the goods leave us. Once dispatched, we will provide confirmation and, where available, tracking information.
3. Estimated delivery times
Delivery times are estimates given in good faith and may vary. We do not guarantee a specific delivery date. Where a product is sourced to order, the sourcing and delivery timescale will be confirmed at the time of enquiry.
4. Secure delivery and signature
Deliveries of valuable items are made by a secure, insured service and may require a signature or proof of receipt from an authorised recipient. Delivery will not be left unattended unless we have agreed otherwise with you in writing.
5. Delivery address
Goods are delivered to the address you provide at the time of order. Please ensure the address is complete and accurate. We may require that valuable deliveries be made to your verified residential or business address.
6. Failed delivery
If delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable or the address is incorrect, the courier's redelivery or collection process will apply. Additional delivery costs caused by an incorrect address may be passed on to you.
7. Delays
Where there is a delay, we will keep you informed. If a delay is caused by circumstances beyond our control, we will do what we reasonably can to complete the delivery and will not be liable for losses caused by such delay.
8. Damaged or missing packages
Please inspect the packaging on arrival. If a package appears damaged, please note this with the courier at the time of delivery and contact us immediately. If a package does not arrive when expected, contact us and we will investigate with the courier.
9. Risk and title
Risk in the goods passes to you when they come into your physical possession (or the possession of someone you nominate). Title passes once we have received payment in full and the goods are delivered.
10. If an item appears damaged
If you believe an item has been damaged in transit, contact us as soon as possible and do not dispose of the packaging. Photographs of the packaging and item will help us resolve the matter promptly.
